Season of Giving and Thankfulness
As we approach the holiday seasons, we want to extend our own personal thank you to our residents. We are so grateful to have you all a part of The Preserve community. Our residents make the neighborhood warm and welcoming for all who call it home. November and December are also months that The Preserve staff wants our community to join forces in giving back to neighbors in our surrounding area. We will gladly be accepting canned and dried non-perishable food items at our November Happy Hour event. Residents should also be on the lookout for our own personal CAPA (Child Abuse Prevention Association) Wish Tree to be placed in the Main Clubhouse lobby during theholiday season. We encourage all residents to participate and give back what others are normally unable to receive.

We Are So Happy Your Are Here With Us
Our staff enjoys welcoming the new faces joining our community and helping you to feel comfortable in your new home. There are many opportunities for new residents to become acquainted with the community whether it be through attending monthly resident functions, sparking up conversation with a neighbor, or stopping by the office for an afternoon snack. To all of our wonderful residents who have helped build The Preserve into the welcoming community that it is, we thank you for your extension of kindness. As a reminder to our current residents, referral bonuses are still being awarded to those who refer family, friends, and/or co-workers to live at The Preserve. Once your referral moves in, rental discounts will be gifted. We are so happy you are here with us and look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
