February is such a special and exciting month for the staff at The Preserve at Port Royal! Each year we have the pleasure of designating a whole week to our residents. We are so grateful to have such wonderful neighbors in our community and we want to show our appreciation by hosting Resident Appreciation Week February 13th‐16th.

We encourage all residents to participate in the many activities scheduled during this week. There will be events to satisfy everyone’s taste. Please take a moment to review the schedule outlined below. Join us in celebrating Valentine’s week with your neighbors and staff. WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS! Happy Valentine’s Day to all!

Happy New Year to all! We hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday season celebrating with friends and family. Although we saw many of you during the holidays, we would like to welcome back those residents who were away. We would also like to take this opportunity to greet those neighbors who are new to our community. This time of year can be very hectic, but it is our hope that your staff and neighbors have made your transition as smooth and pleasant as possible. We are very excited about the upcoming opportunities and services being offered this year. As always, we are going to continue providing our resident’s with the highest quality care. Continue to look out for monthly resident events as well. Our staff wishes all a happy and healthy new year!

The Preserve at Port Royal staff would like to extend a warm season’s greetings to all of our residents! Whether you are just joining our community or celebrating another holiday season with us, we wish you an enjoyable time with family and friends. We would like to say welcome to all our new residents! We are always excited to see new faces. We hope you have a blast meeting all your neighbors. There are so many opportunities for new residents to become acquainted with the community whether it be through attending monthly resident functions, sparking up conversation with a neighbor, or stopping by the office for an afternoonsnack. Toallofour wonderful residents who have helped build The Preserve into the welcoming community that it is, we thank you for your extension of kindness. As a reminder to our current residents, referral bonuses are still being awarded to those who refer family, friends, and/or co‐workers to live at The Preserve. Once your referral moves in, rental discounts will be gifted. We are so happy you are here with us and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Pool Party Success- Thank you to all of our residents who attended this year’s annual pool party. As always, it was a great event filled with delicious food provided by Jim ‘n Nick’s and Carolina Wings. We would like to extend a huge thank you as well to DJ Joe for providing us with music and entertainment throughout the night. Congratulations to those

residents as well who won prizes during our limbo contest and at the Black Jack and Poker tournaments. A great time was had by all! For those new residents and others that were not able to join us, we hope to see you at our next resident Happy Hour in August. Resident functions are a great opportunity for you to get to know your neighbors and staff. We appreciate your participation and love to see your smiling faces enjoying our events!

June Newsletter: Welcome Summer

The sun is shining and summer has quickly approached. It is time again to break out the flip flops, lather on the sunscreen,and to start grilling those hamburgers and hot dogs. Whether splashing around in one of our two swimming pools or attending one of our resident functions, make sure you take the time to greet your neighbors. Summer is full of the hustle and bustle of new residents moving into our community. We pride ourselves in having such wonderful residents and we want everyone to feel the warmth as they arrive in our community. June is also a time to celebrate all of the fathers in our community. Thank you for your love and kindness and for taking such great care and attention to your children. Finally, we look forward to our upcoming pool party and hope that you all are able to attend. We wish you all a very Happy Father’s Day and an enjoyable summer season!

May is a month of celebration! First, we would like to celebrate our residents. To those who have just re-located

to our community, we would like to extend a warm and exciting welcome. We love seeing new faces and furry friends enjoying their new homes. It is also a time to celebrate our current residents. Many residents are renewing their leases each and everyday and we could not be more thrilled.

It has also been very enjoyable meeting friends and family members moving to our neighborhood. Finally, as we celebrate Memorial Day we encourage everyone to take the time to remember those who have died in our nation’s service. To give our staff the opportunity

to observe the Memorial Day holiday, our office will be closed Monday, May 30th. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

April 2011 Newsletter- You Make Our Spring Even Brighter

This is an exciting time of year for everyone. Spring has begun, the flowers are in bloom, and the hours we have to enjoy the sunshine are longer. It is also a very exciting time of year for The Preserve at Port Royal community. We continue to welcome more and more new residents daily and enjoy this time expanding our “family”. With the warmer weather comes the opportunity for us to step out in the Beaufort community and greet your friends and family members. On Saturday, April 23rd we will be greeting festival participants in Port Royal at the Soft Shell Crab Festival. Please join us the following weekend as well as we host a trade show booth at the MCAS Air Show. Visit us Friday, April 29th—Sunday, May 1st and receive goodies to help you enjoy your Air Show experience. Thank you to our residents for making the Spring season even brighter.

We feel so lucky to have you as part of our community. It has been a pleasure welcoming new neighbors and extending our gratitude to those who have committed to staying with us for an additional lease term. Thank you to all our residents who participated in this year’s Resident Appreciation Week. It was great serving each and everyone of you and celebrating the love we have for our residents. The response to our Resident Referral program has been outstanding! We hope to continue welcoming your family, friends, and co-workers to The Preserve at Port Royal. Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and Happy St. Patrick’s Day. We have struck gold by having such wonderful people surrounding us!
