‘Tis the Season
Happy Holidays to all! It is hard to believe that 2010 has come and is almost gone. What a wonderful year it has been.
We have welcomed many new faces to our community and have had to say sad goodbyes to those who have left to
pursue the next phase in their lives. It has also been a great year for our residents as we have approached the halfway mark in our exterior renovation project. New services have continued to welcome our residents as well. Although we are disappointed to see 2010 come to an end, we are very excited about the opportunities for growth and service in the year 2011. Wherever your travels lead you this season, we wish all of you safe and Happy Holidays! Happy New Year! We will see you all in 2011!

The Sun is Shining and we are Smiling As all of you begin to welcome the warmer, sunnier days of Spring, we are welcoming all our new residents to The Preserve community. We are so happy to have you here and meeting all of you brings big smiles to our faces. Spring is the perfect time to take advantage of all our wonderful amenities. Whether it is sunning yourself by one of our two swimming pools, gathering a group of friends for an afternoon cookout at the Clubhouse 2 patio, taking the kids to play on the playground, or walking the dogs throughout the neighborhood, we are sure you will enjoy yourselves. Please come by our office as well to say “hello”. Our residents as well as their furry friends are welcomed each day with special treats. We would like to welcome you all and thank you for choosing The Preserve at Port Royal as your new home.

WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS!
February is the time to celebrate the love of family and friends. For us, this is the season to celebrate our love for you our residents. To show our love and appreciation, we would like to once again designate five days this month for our Resident Appreciation Week. We hope all of our residents will take advantage of these opportunities. For our new residents, we welcome you and encourage you to not only attend our Appreciation Week functions, but all of our many monthly functions. These events are great opportunities to get to know your staff and neighbors. We hope everyone has someone special with whom to spend Valentine’s Day. Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to say: WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS! Thank you for choosing our community and Happy Valentine’s Day!
