Strike up the grill, grab your picnic basket and beach gear and join your family and friends in celebrating the last holiday of the summer season. Labor Day is a great opportunity for everyone to enjoy each others company and relax before the craziness of the fall and winter seasons begin. We encourage all of our residents to also use this time off to greet new neighbors and invite them to a cookout or day at the pool. To allow our staff to enjoy the Labor Day holiday with family and friends, our office will be closed Monday, September 6th. We will re-open for regular business hours on Tuesday, September 7th. Summer is winding down and we hope you all enjoy your long weekend. The Preserve at Port Royal staff wishes you a very enjoyable and safe Labor Day weekend.

Although the heat of the summer is still lingering, it is time to get back into gear with school around the corner and vacations coming to a close. We hope everyone has had an enjoyable and relaxing summer with family and friends and has been able to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities The Preserve at Port Royal has to offer. Our staff has enjoyed meeting your guests and hopes they will return for a visit in the near future. The monthly Happy Hour festivities will resume Friday, August 6th after taking a short holiday break in July. We look forward to seeing you all and hearing about your recent happenings. As the kids wrap up their summer vacations and head back to school, please be cautious of them crossing the streets and waiting for the buses. Summer is in full swing and excitement has begun to take over the community. There are many new faces all around and we hope that all of our familiar faces will take the opportunity to welcome others. As many of you have noticed, work has begun on the exterior building renovation project. Although the renovation will be a progression throughout several months, we hope you are as excited as we are about the enhancements that are being made to your community. As always, we encourage you to call or visit the office to inquire about this project or other areas you might have questions. We hope you will also stop in every now and then to say “hello”. Also, remember to attend our monthly resident functions to get yourself acquainted with your neighbors and staff. Enjoy the excitement that is all around!

It’s that time of year again to slip on the flip-flops and sunglasses as summer quickly approaches. We hope that all of our residents have the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine and are able to take advantage of some much deserved relaxation time. Summer is a great opportunity to meet new neighbors while hanging out at the pool or cooking burgers on the community grill. We look forward to our upcoming pool party and hope that you are able to attend. If there is anything we can do for you this summer to make your neighborhood more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know. We have struck gold by having you join our community! There are many new faces in our neighborhood and we would like to take this opportunity to officially welcome you home. Thank you to our current residents for taking the time to introduce yourselves and assist the new residents moving into our community. The response to our resident referral program has been outstanding and we hope to continue welcoming your family, friends, and co-workers. For those approaching the end of their lease, we look forward to renewing your contract for many months to come. February is the time to celebrate the love of family and friends. For us, this is the season to celebrate our love for you our residents. To show our love and appreciation, we would like to once again designate five days this month for our Resident Appreciation Week. We hope all of our residents will take advantage of these opportunities. For our new residents, we welcome you and encourage you to not only attend our Appreciation Week functions, but all of our many monthly functions. These events are great opportunities to get to know your staff and neighbors. We hope everyone has someone special with whom to spend Valentine’s Day.
